Consulting Engagement Agreement

1. Scope of Service

This agreement is for a one-time, 60-minute Financial Consulting session. This session is a consulting service as defined by AICPA standards, not an audit, review, or compilation of financial statements.

2. Nature of Professional Services

As a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), I provide high-level financial strategy and systems architecture.

  • No Audit/Attest Opinion: This session does not involve the expression of a formal opinion on financial statements.

  • Tax Advice vs. Tax Preparation: While we may discuss tax strategy, this session does not constitute a tax preparation engagement. A separate engagement letter is required for the preparation of federal or state tax returns.

  • Limited Liability: My advice is based on the information provided by you during the session.

3. AI Assistance & Privacy

To ensure maximum focus on our strategy, I utilize Gemini (Google AI) for secure note-taking.

  • Confidentiality: As a CPA, I maintain strict professional confidentiality.

  • Security: Your data is kept private and is not used to train AI models.

  • Consent: By booking, you consent to this digital note-taking workflow.

4. Fees & Cancellations

The non-refundable $250 fee is due at the time of booking. Rescheduling is permitted with at least 24 hours' notice.
